Support Engineer
Currently for our client, multinational IT company, ranked in Forbes Global 2000 we are looking for a Support Engineer.
Job duties:
Providing physical and remote support to all users.
Installation maintenance and support of IT equipment, e.g. mobile phones, laptops, desktops, printers, scanners.
Providing technical support/input to site and team initiatives/projects.
Optimizing availability of all IT equipment and infrastructure through continuous improvement and proactive, preventative maintenance, continuously look to improve equipment efficiency and cost reduction.
Job requirements:
Hands-on experience in Windows 7/8/10 support.
Basic knowledge of network infrastructure.
At least B2 English level.
Experience with hardware and software support.
Strong customer service skills.
Be self-motivated and able to work alone but also as a part of a team.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
Able to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.
IT-related education is an advantage.
