Currently, for our client, a world leader in creating information systems software, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Implementation Department Manager.

Place of work: Warsaw


Expectations:


5+ years of work experience in the company in the IT / GIS area.

3+ years of experience in a managerial position in the IT / GIS area.

Knowledge of the software package designed to work on maps and GIS data.

Knowledge of GIS areas, databases, data warehouses.

Higher education in IT or GIS.

Experience in project management.

Work experience in an international environment (preferred).

Competences:


Analytical skills, strong focus on the implementation of tasks and achieving goals.

Ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently.

Ability to conduct business talks and build long-term relationships with customers.

Strong customer orientation and the ability to develop appropriate solutions.

Ability to listen and recognize needs.

Professionalism and high personal culture.

English language at C1 level (technical scope).

Duties:


Provision of services, implementations, training and technical support in accordance with business assumptions and contracts signed with customers.

Building an effective team of the Department - hiring, developing and training employees.

Development, adaptation and implementation of the organizational structure, model, tools and processes for the Department.

Supervision over the preparation and negotiation of contract terms related to the sale of new or extension of existing service contracts in order to ensure the desired level of quality of services provided at an optimal cost level.

Developing and proposing technical solutions to clients and optimal use of the ArcGIS platform.

Taking care of the experiences of strategic clients.

Cooperation with other departments of the company.

Daily feedback with the team.

Setting, communicating and enforcing the achievement of annual goals of subordinate employees.

Building the company's image at the highest level.

Building and developing good and lasting relationships with distributors.
