About The Position The Head of BI is a strategic and results-driven leader, responsible for managing the BI teams in the MIS group, working collaboratively with all the business units ( Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product & Finance) & is leading the cross-company analytics approach, processes & outcomes. The ideal candidate has vast experience in global companies leading BI teams in all aspects. The Head of BI will work hand-in-hand with the business teams and the Tech teams to plan, design, and execute the BI roadmap aligned with the company’s objectives. What Will You Do
Inspire, lead, mentor and support the growth and development of your managers and teams.
Communicate vision and insights in a way that resonates with partners and executive leadership — and turn theory into action.
Define and measure Key Performance Indicators for internal and external stakeholders.
Identify & analyze large, complex data sets to address strategic and operational business gaps and suggest solutions to impact the business KPIs.
Perform deep analysis and forecasting that affect company decisions.
Drive the design, building, and launching of the next generation of the BI approach.
Managing the delivery of high-impact dashboards and data visualizations.
Requirements
BA / BS in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems / Economics / Statistics / Mathematics or a similar background
10+ Years Experience as a data/product/business analyst
5+ Years of experience leading a high-performing data analysis team
Experience in multiple fields (Product, Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance)
Experience in data architecture
Ability to see the "big picture” and prioritize among many requests
Business orientation, and ability to well communicate with both business and technical counterparts
Fully proficient in SQL, querying large and complex data sets, with high-level analytical and problem-solving skills, and exceptional attention to detail
Experience with BI tool (Qlik/Tableau/Looker/PowerBI/Sisense)
Communication and leadership experience, with experience in initiating and driving projects
Experience designing and training machine learning models & knowledge in data Science – Advantage
