Responsibilities on the position:
taking orders from customers
entering orders into systems (SAP)
contacting suppliers and determining details of orders
Ensuring that orders are delivered on time
contact in case of changes, unexpected situations
Coordinating stock levels
Preparing documentation related to orders
participating in price negotiations
preparing offers for the customer
Requirements:
English (b2)
Portuguese language (b2/c1)
IMPORTANT - knowledge of both languages required
experience in working with SAP system
Professional experience related to order processing,
customer service, order processing, etc. (at least 6 months)
communication skills on the phone, in teams, in foreign languages
ability to build positive relationships with the company's customers
education, directional courses - welcome
