Currently for our client, Microsoft's and Oracle's partner, who offers professional data management and system integration we are looking for a Key Account Manager.

What we are looking for:

Hands-on experience in IT.

At least B2 English level.

Critical thinking skills.

Experience as a key account manager is a big advantage.

Excellent organizational skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Deep understanding of key clients needs.

B1 German level is an advantage.

Experience in business negotiations.

Job duties:

Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients (in Europe, mainly Germany and Great Britain).

Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

Developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts.

Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.

Willingness to business travels.

Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust.

Maintaining of the positive image of the company.

Resolving customer concerns.
