Online recruitment process
Responsibilities:
Daily HR administrative support
Respond to employee requests in a timely manner
Processing changes in employees’ employment life-cycle (new hires, contracts, terminations, vacation limits, overtime, benefits etc.)
Administration of hiring process
HR reporting and analysis
Administration of employee management system
Preparing and coordinating onboarding plans for new employees
Employee data system management
Requirements:
Very good knowledge of English and French (B2/C1)
Several months of work in HR
An interest in HR administration
Can do’ attitude and ability to think outside the box
