Scope of responsibilities:
Managing and monitoring employee lifecycle related changes (e.g. hires, transfers, ending of employments, promotions, salary changes, etc.)
Maintaining personal documentation of employees
Organizing onboarding together with other stakeholders
Administrating private healthcare benefit
Supporting Payroll Specialist in data collection related to compensation changes and payroll checks
Working on process improvements; helping local market to adapt to global processes
Supporting HRBPs, Line Managers, Employees in HR related queries
The perfect Candidate:
Fluent Dutch and English
Experience on a similar role
Practical knowledge of the Local labor law
Experience in HRIS applications is strongly preferred
Strong Customer Service Mindset. Understanding cross-cultural sensitivity
Ability to independently handle tasks and assignments
